'Family First' at OhanaLink Technologies

Lisa DiMuccio-Zgela, chief marketing officer at OhanaLink Technologies, nominated the entire team at the Hermitage, Pa., company.
“What makes our company great is our innovative environment, flexibility and the development of mobile tech solutions that are making a positive impact on social care issues,” DiMuccio-Zgela says. She asked each member of the team for their thoughts:

Tejita Rajbhandari, product engineer: “I find myself lucky to have found such a great mission-driven team to work for right after college.”

Kalie Knight, tech support: “OhanaLink Technologies gives you opportunities to grow and all of the tools you need to succeed.”
Kristen Hillebrand, account representative: “Our leadership team appreciates what everyone brings to the team, and is a positive place to work.”
Kara Wasser, founder and CEO: “We are a performance-based organization, which empowers our employees to get their work done and balance their work/life accordingly.”
