Hailey has made significant contributions to the financial services/technology sector through her innovative training programs, dedication to empowering others, and commitment to fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. With over six years of experience in training and development, Hailey is known for her ability to connect with both employees and customers, as well as make complex technical concepts accessible to learners of all levels. She has developed a deep understanding of the challenges facing employees in the workplace and has created interactive training programs to help them stay ahead.

In addition to her work as a training professional, Hailey is also an active member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD), Interaction Design Foundation (ixDF), and Sales Enablement Society. Hailey lives in Farmington, Michigan and is an alumna of Wayne State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She also holds several training-specific certifications.
