Customer Support Specialist

    OhanaLink Technologies, a woman-owned technology development company headquartered in Western Pennsylvania, is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Success team.

    This new position will play an essential role in ensuring that our clients are successfully onboarded and supported every step of the way to ensure that their adoption of our product(s) is effortless and integration into their workflows is seamless.

    Key skills for the candidate include; excellent customer facing skills, experience conducting live and virtual presentations/training programs, knowledge of software/mobile app technology, project management, and customer service/relationship building skills.


    Applicants wanting to join a rapidly growing, mission-focused technology company should have:

    • 2-3 years of customer service/support experience
    • A degree in business or technology (or equivalent work experience)

    This is a remote position but will require some travel.
